     Colonel Frederick Biscoe Tritton was born in 1825.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert Tritton and Mary Biscoe.² He married, secondly, Augusta Fox Young.¹ He married, firstly, Selina Charlotte Maryatt, daughter of Charles Maryatt, on 27 October 1859.¹ He died on 23 January 1904.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.¹

     Julian Seymour Tritton was born on 31 October 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir Seymour Biscoe Tritton and Alice May Jullion.² He married Effie Theodora Eleanor Kerr, daughter of Reverend William Goodwin Kerr, on 21 January 1918.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He was educated at King's College London, London, England.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was registered as a MICE, MIMechE, PPILocoE, MConsE.¹ He was president of the Institution of Locomotive Engineers in 1947.¹ He was FIDIC between 1958 and 1963.¹
