     Sir Thomas Lionel Tennyson Thompson, 5th Bt. was born on 19 June 1921.1 He is the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Raikes Lovett Thompson, 4th Bt. and Millicent Ellen Jean Tennyson-D'Eyncourt.2 He married Margaret Browne, daughter of Walter Herbert Browne, on 11 March 1955.1 He and Margaret Browne were divorced in 1962.1 He died on 25 September 1999 at age 78.1
     Sir Thomas Lionel Tennyson Thompson, 5th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Lionel.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was invalided in 1944.1 He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1952 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Thompson, of Hartsbourne Manor, co. Hertford [U.K., 1806] on 17 September 1964.1

     John Edmunds Cameron Thompson was born on 15 April 1923.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Raikes Lovett Thompson, 4th Bt. and Millicent Ellen Jean Tennyson-D'Eyncourt.2 He died on 18 June 1945 at age 22, killed in an air accident off Scotland.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Fleet Air Arm, Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)1

     From 19 July 1938, her married name became Nares. From 13 February 1948, her married name became Kenyon-Hague.
