     Ann Arbuthnot was born on 18 January 1822 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Arbuthnot, 1st Bt. and Anne Alves.1 She married Lt.-Col. Hugh Inglis, son of George Inglis of Kingsmill and Helen Alves, in 1849.1 She died on 6 January 1900 at age 77 at Kingsmill, Inverness-shire, Scotland.1
     From 1849, her married name became Inglis.1

     Sir Thomas Beaumont Hohler was born on 15 March 1871.3 He was the son of Henry Booth Hohler and Henrietta Wilhelmina Lawes.4,3 He married Cynthia Elizabeth Violet Astell, daughter of William Harvey Astell and Hon. Elizabeth Maria Vereker, on 30 March 1922.3 He died on 23 April 1946 at age 75.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.3 He was with the Diplomatic Corps between 1894 and 1933.3 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1916.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1924.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1934.1 He lived at Fawkham Manor, Kent, England.1
