Rupert Maxwell Stronge was born on 12 October 1892.1 He was the son of Walter Cecil Stronge and Violet Ada Phillips.2 He married Leonora Gertrude Coffin, daughter of Robert Charles Coffin, on 23 September 1918.1 He died on 19 June 1964 at age 71.1
