     Samuel Storey was born on 13 January 1840.1 He was the son of Robert Storey.2 He married, firstly, Mary Ann Addison, daughter of John Addison, in 1864.1 He married, secondly, Sarah (?) on 19 December 1898.1 He died on 18 January 1925 at age 85.1
     He held the office of Mayor of Sunderland between 1876 and 1878.1 He held the office of Mayor of Sunderland in 1880.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Durham.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sunderland between 1881 and 1895.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Durham.1 He was chairman of Durham City Council between 1894 and 1897.1 He held the office of chairman of Durham City Council between 1898 and 1905.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sunderland between January 1910 and December 1910.1 He had another son and four daughters by his first wife.1

     Frederick George Storey was born on 17 February 1868.1 He was the son of Samuel Storey and Mary Ann Addison.2 He married Mary Dagmar Hutton, daughter of Thomas George Hutton, in 1892.1 He died on 24 February 1924 at age 56.1
     He was a practising barrister.2 He lived at Sunderland, ScotlandG.2 He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was admitted to Middle Temple entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Durham.1 He had a younger son and four daughters.2
