Marion Fleming is the daughter of William Fleming of Boghall.2 She married Robert Stirling of Auld Keir and 3rd of Lettyr, son of William Stirling, 11th of Cadder and 2nd of Lettyr and Elizabeth Buchanan, in 1533.1

John Stirling, 4th of Lettyr and of Balquharrage was the son of Robert Stirling of Auld Keir and 3rd of Lettyr and Marion Fleming.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Elphinstone, daughter of George Elphinstone of Blythswood.1 He married, secondly, Beatrix Chisholme, daughter of John Chisholme of Glassingdale.1 He died in 1585.1

George Elphinstone of Blythswood was born circa 1510.2 He is the son of John Elphinstone and Beatrice Wardlaw.2 He married Elizabeth Colquhoun, daughter of Reverend Adam Colquhoun and Elizabeth Colville, before 18 August 1534.2 He died before 1554.2
