     Alexander Fraser, 7th of Philorth was born circa 1499.1 He was the son of Sir William Fraser, 6th of Philorth and Elizabeth Keith.2 He married, firstly, Catharine Barclay, daughter of Patrick Barclay of Gartly, circa 1516.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Menzies, daughter of Gilbert Menzies of Findon, in July 1532.1 He died in November 1569.1

     Sir Alexander Fraser of Philorth, younger was the son of Alexander Fraser, 7th of Philorth and Catharine Barclay.2 He married Beatrice Keith, daughter of Robert Keith, Master of Marischal and Lady Elizabeth Douglas, on 15 June 1534.1 He died in 1564.1
