     Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Vinicombe Penrose was born on 2 July 1759.1 He was the son of Reverend John Penrose and Elizabeth Vinicombe.1,2 He married Elizabeth Trevenen, daughter of unknown Trevenen, on 2 January 1787.1 He died in 1830.1
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1

     Elizabeth Trevenen is the daughter of unknown Trevenen.2 She married Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Vinicombe Penrose, son of Reverend John Penrose and Elizabeth Vinicombe, on 2 January 1787.1
     From 2 January 1787, her married name became Penrose.1

     He lived at Balcors, Scotland.1

     Frances Egerton Arnold-Forster was born on 7 August 1857 at Marylebone, London, England.1 She was the daughter of William Delafield Arnold and Frances Ann Hodgson.1,2 She died on 8 July 1921 at age 63 at Yorkshire, England.2
     She was adopted by an unknown person in 1859.1 In 1878 her name was legally changed to Frances Egerton Arnold-Forster by Deed Poll.2
