     Thomas Shelton was born on 19 May 1558 at Shelton, Norfolk, England.¹ He was the son of John Shelton and Mary Parker.¹ He died on 25 December 1595 at age 37.¹

     Anne Boleyn was also reported to have been born on 18 November 1475.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Boleyn and Lady Margaret Butler.¹ She married Sir John Shelton, son of Sir Ralph Shelton and Margaret Clere, circa 1497.¹ She died on 6 January 1555 at age 79.¹
     From circa 1497, her married name became Shelton.¹ She was Governess of Princess Mary (later Queen Mary.)¹

     Sir Ralph Shelton was born in 1430.¹ He was the son of John Shelton and Margaret Brewes.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Clere, daughter of Robert Clere and Elizabeth Uvedale.¹ He married, firstly, Joan (?)¹ He died on 16 July 1497 at Shelton, Norfolk, England.¹ His will was proven (by probate) on 13 May 1498.¹
     His last will was dated 21 March 1497.¹
