     Reverend Edmund Price was born on 11 August 1836.¹ He was the son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price.² He married Frances Augusta Kindersley, daughter of Edward Cockburn Kindersley, on 17 October 1867.¹ He died on 15 September 1872 at age 36, without issue.¹
     He was Rector and patron at Farnborough, Berkshire, England.¹

     Frances Augusta Kindersley was born circa 1839.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Cockburn Kindersley.² She married Reverend Edmund Price, son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price, on 17 October 1867.¹ She died on 12 November 1931.¹
     From 17 October 1867, her married name became Price.

     Ralph George Price was born on 18 June 1838.¹ He was the son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price.² He married Annette Mary Warner, daughter of Reverend Simeon Burney Warner, on 13 November 1867.¹ He died on 29 September 1904 at age 66.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.¹

     Annette Mary Warner was the daughter of Reverend Simeon Burney Warner.² She married Ralph George Price, son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price, on 13 November 1867.¹ She died on 11 October 1916.¹
     From 13 November 1867, her married name became Price.

     Edith Mabel Warner Price was the daughter of Ralph George Price and Annette Mary Warner.² She married Brig.-Gen. Frank Broadwood Matthews, son of Charles P. Matthews, on 29 January 1889.¹ She died on 1 January 1940.¹
     From 29 January 1889, her married name became Matthews.

     Charles P. Matthews held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Havering-atte-Bower, Essex, England.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Frank Broadwood Matthews was the son of Charles P. Matthews.² He married Edith Mabel Warner Price, daughter of Ralph George Price and Annette Mary Warner, on 29 January 1889.¹ He died on 24 April 1940.¹
     He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the KOR Lancaster Regiment.¹ He lived at Old Raven House, Hook, Hampshire, England.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Annette Maud Warner Price was the daughter of Ralph George Price and Annette Mary Warner.² She married Sir Joseph Child Priestley, son of Sir William Overend Priestley and Eliza Chambers, on 30 July 1891.¹ She died on 19 July 1946.¹
     From 30 July 1891, her married name became Priestley.
