     Christian Sutherland was the daughter of James Sutherland of Pronsy.2 She married Donald Mackay, 4th Lord Reay, son of George Mackay, 3rd Lord Reay and Margaret Mackay, on 21 December 1741.1 She died on 12 July 1790.1
     From 21 December 1741, her married name became Mackay.1
