     Sir Charles Rose Price, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Charles Rose Price, 1st Bt. and Mary Sharpe.2 He married Elizabeth Hanmer Guy, daughter of John Hudson Guy.1 He died on 18 October 1788, without issue, when the baronetcy expired.1
     He held the office of Member of the House of Assembly (M.H.A.) [Jamaica] between 1753 and 1775.1 He held the office of Speaker of the House of Assembly [Jamaica] between 1763 and 1775.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Rose, of Rose Hall, Jamaica [U.K., 1768] on 26 July 1772.1

     Elizabeth Hanmer Guy was the daughter of John Hudson Guy.1 She married, firstly, John Woodcock.1 She married, secondly, Sir Charles Rose Price, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Charles Rose Price, 1st Bt. and Mary Sharpe.1 She died in 1711.1
     Her married name became Woodcock.1 Her married name became Price.1

     John Price was born on 25 June 1738.1 He was the son of John Price and Margaret Badcock.2 He married Elizabeth Williams Brammer, daughter of John Brammer, in 1764.1 He died in January 1797 at age 58.1
     They had other issue.1 He lived at Worthy Park, Jamaica.1
