Sir Berkeley Pigott, 4th Bt. was born on 29 May 1894.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Berkeley Pigott and Fanny Ada Pigott.2 He married Christabel Charlotte Bowden-Smith, daughter of Reverend Frederick Hermann Bowden-Smith and Harriet Charlotte Hurdis, on 21 April 1919.1 He died on 9 May 1982 at age 87.1
He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Pigott, of Knapton, co. Laois [U.K., 1808] on 6 April 1911.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 17th/21st Lancers.1 He held the office of Verderer of the New Forest between 1955 and 1967.1
