     Penelope Jane Blyth is the daughter of Hugh W. Blyth and Betty C. Johnson.1 She married Hon. Michael Kemp Bourne, son of General Geoffrey Kemp Bourne, Baron Bourne and Agnes Evelyn Thompson, on 7 May 1963.1,2 She and Hon. Michael Kemp Bourne were divorced in 1980.1
     From 7 May 1963, her married name became Bourne.1

     Francis Howell was baptised on 29 August 1822 at Luxulian, Cornwall, England.1 He was the son of David Howell.2 He married Rhoda Harriot Caroline Buller, daughter of Reverend Richard Buller and Elizabeth Hornby, in 1851 at Lanreath, Cornwall, England.1 He died on 4 February 1885 at age 62 at Cornwall, England.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1
