Terencio O'Neill1

     Terencio O'Neill was the son of Aedh 'Buie' O'Neill and Catherine Magennis.2 He died on 16 August 1748, killed by Algerian corsairs boarding his troopship.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Regiment of Hibernia in Spanish service.1 In 1743 he coveried the retreat at Camposanto but losing half his battalion in casualties.1 He fought in the Battle of Velletri in 1744.1 He fought in the War of Austrian Succession, in Italy.1

     Felix O'Neill was the son of Enrique O'Neill and Catalina O'Neill.2 He married Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento, daughter of Don Francisco Varcia Sarmiento, in 1755.1 He died in 1796.1
     He held the office of Governor and Captian-General of Aragon.1 He gained the rank of General in the Spanish service.1 He fought in the Battle of Camposanto in 1743.1 He fought in the Battle of Velletri in 1744, where he was wounded and captured.1 He fought in the Battle of Culloden in 1746, where he was again captured and released as a Spanish subject in 1747.1 He was awarded the Knight, Military Order of Charles III of Spain.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1763 in the Regiment of Hibernia.1 He was Inspector-General of Spanish Infantry.1 He held the office of Captain-General of Galicia.1 He held the office of President of the High Court [Aragon].1 He held the office of Member of the Spanish Supreme Council of War.1

     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Regiment of Navarra.1 He was 2ic of the defence of Zaragoza against French in Peninsular War.1
