     He was Secretary to the U.S. Embassy.2

She was the daughter of Colonel George Sholto Gordon Douglas-Pennant, 2nd Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai and Pamela Blanche Rushout.1,2 She married Colonel Hon. Henry Richard Howel Lloyd-Mostyn, son of Hon. Thomas Edward Lloyd-Mostyn and Lady Henrietta Augusta Nevill, on 20 September 1883.3 She died on 20 July 1949.3
     From 20 September 1883, her married name became Lloyd-Mostyn.3 She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.3

     Maj.-Gen. Arthur Edmund Sandbach was born in 1859. He was the son of Henry Robertson Sandbach and Elizabeth Charlotte Williams.2 He married Hon. Ina Douglas-Pennant, daughter of Colonel George Sholto Gordon Douglas-Pennant, 2nd Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai and Pamela Blanche Rushout, on 15 January 1902.3 He died on 25 June 1928.3
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Engineers.3 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)3 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)3 He lived at Hafodunos, Abergele, Clwyd, Wales.3 He lived at Bryn Gwyn, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.3
