     Maud Ann Sophia Steward was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Samuel Steward and Eliza Ducarol Constance Hamilton.2 She married Murray Babington Steuart, son of George Steuart and Susan Alexander McAlpine, on 17 October 1904.1 She died on 13 December 1962.2
     From 17 October 1904, her married name became Steuart. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.1

     He held the office of Dean of St. Asaph.2 He was Dean Emeritus of St. Asaph.1

     Major John Shaw Steuart was born on 21 October 1832.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Mackenzie Steuart and Mary Babington.2 He married Mary Babington Ball Steele, daughter of Robert Ball Steele and Jane West Babington, on 20 June 1867.1 He died on 15 June 1872 at age 39.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Madras Artillery.1

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Staff Corps.1 He was also known as Steuart as of 31 October 1893.
