     Allan Maclean, 7th of Ardgour is the son of Ewen Maclean, 6th of Ardgour and unknown daughter Stewart.2 He married unknown daughter Cameron, daughter of Allan Cameron of Lochiel, 16th Chief of Clan Cameron and unknown daughter Stewart.1
     On 12 September 1688 he was granted by King James II/VII a fresh charter of the Barony of Ardgour.1

     Archibald Campbell, 8th Captain of Dunstaffnage was born circa 1589.2 He was the son of Alexander Campbell, 7th Captain of Dunstaffnage and Ann Campbell.2 He married Beatrix Campbell, daughter of Sir Donald Campbell of Ardnamurchan and Airds, 1st Bt. and Anne Campbell, on 29 April 1614.2 He died before 1 December 1652.2
