     Queenie Constance Ardern was the daughter of Howard Ardern.² She married Ronald Cecil Vernon, 6th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden, son of Sidney Munroe Archibald Vernon, 5th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden and Ruby Shandley, on 21 May 1938.¹ She died on 25 March 1990.¹
     From 21 May 1938, her married name became Vernon. After her marriage, Queenie Constance Ardern was styled as Baroness Lyveden of Lyveden on 19 September 1973.
