Cicely Edith Bircham was the daughter of Francis Thomas Bircham.2 She married Sir Henry Lynch-Blosse, 15th Bt., son of Edward Falconer Lynch-Blosse and Edith Caroline Walker, on 17 February 1914.1 She died on 11 April 1970.1
