     Lt.-Col. Giles Harold Loder was born on 2 January 1884.1 He was the son of Wilfrid Hans Loder and Sarah Winifred Rowe.2 He died on 1 February 1966 at age 82, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Scots Guards.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Sussex.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Sussex in 1942.1

Norman Wilfrid Loder1

     Norman Wilfrid Loder was born on 2 October 1885.1 He was the son of Wilfrid Hans Loder and Sarah Winifred Rowe.2 He married Phyllis Sydney Fisher, daughter of Sydney Fisher and Annie Louise van Notten-Pole, on 24 October 1914 at Chelsea, London, EnglandG.1,3 He died on 2 August 1940 at age 54.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 7th Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment.) He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Army Service Corps.1

     Elizabeth Careye was the daughter of Peter Careye.1 She married, firstly, Elisha Dobrée on 3 June 1719.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Dobrée, son of Thomas Dobrée, on 3 August 1732.1 She died circa 27 March 1735.1 She was buried on 30 March 1735.1
     From 3 June 1719, her married name became Dobrée.1
