     Margaret Forbes is the daughter of unknown Forbes of Rires.² She married Thomas Gourlay, son of Sir Thomas Gourlay, 13th of Kincraig and Janet Bruce, on 24 July 1657.¹
     From 24 July 1657, her married name became Gourlay.

     Thomas Gourlay, 14th of Kincraig was baptised on 8 October 1658.¹ He was the son of Thomas Gourlay and Margaret Forbes.² He died in 1683, without issue.¹

     William Gourlay, 15th of Kincraig was baptised on 17 January 1660.¹ He was the son of Thomas Gourlay and Margaret Forbes.² He married Jean Lassals, daughter of John Lassals.¹ He died in 1717.¹
     On 22 April 1684 he was served heir to his brother.¹
