William Henry Ernest Robert Turlough O'Brien was born on 20 April 1863 at Dromoland, County Clare, Ireland.1 He was the son of Lucius O'Brien, 13th Baron of Inchiquin and Louisa Finucane.2 He married Henrietta Ethne Browne, daughter of George Robert Browne and Emma Frances Gun, on 1 June 1901.1 He died on 7 November 1943 at age 80.1
