Thomas Holcroft was born on 29 November 1794.1 He married Phoebe Sedgley, daughter of William Sedgley, on 26 November 1815.1 He died on 20 April 1865 at age 70.1
He lived at Brierley Hill, Staffordshire, England.1 He was with other issue, including a younger son (Sir CHARLES HOLCROFT, 1st and last Baronet (UK), so created 28 July 1905, of The Shrubbery, Kingswinford, Staffs, born 16 July 1831, Honour Doctor of Law (LL.D.) Birmingham U, died unmarried 11 March 1917 on 20 April 1865.1
