     James Hugh Cecil, 3rd Baron Rockley was born on 5 April 1934. He was the son of Robert William Evelyn Cecil, 2nd Baron Rockley and Anne Margaret Meade-Fetherstonhaugh.1 He married Lady Sarah Primrose Beatrix Cadogan, daughter of William Gerald Charles Cadogan, 7th Earl Cadogan and Hon. Primrose Lilian Yarde-Buller, on 18 November 1958.2 He died on 5 December 2011 at age 77.3
     At Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England, (an unknown value.)1 He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was with Wood Gundy Ltd between 1957 and 1962.1 He was with Kleinwort Benson (director 1970–, vice-chairman 1988–93, chairman Kleinwort Benson Group 1994–96) in 1962.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Rockley, of Lytchett Heath, co. Dorset [U.K., 1934] on 26 January 1976.1 He was director of Equity and Law between 1980 and 1992.1 He was trustee of the Natioal Portrait Gallery between 1981 and 1988.1 He was director of Abbey National between 1989 and 1998.1 He was director of Cobham plc between 1990 and 2002.1 He lived in 2003 at Lytchett Heath, Poole, Dorset, England.1

     Robert William Evelyn Cecil, 2nd Baron Rockley was born on 28 February 1901.1 He was the son of Evelyn Cecil, 1st Baron Rockley and Hon. Alicia Margaret Tyssen-Amherst.1 He married Anne Margaret Meade-Fetherstonhaugh, daughter of Admiral Hon. Sir Herbert Meade-Fetherstonhaugh and Margaret Isabel Frances Glyn, on 9 May 1933.2 He died on 26 January 1976 at age 74.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was educated at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, U.S.A., Davidson Scholar.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1 He was with the Ministry of Supply between 1939 and 1943.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Rockley, of Lytchett Heath, co. Dorset [U.K., 1934] on 1 April 1941.1 He was with the Military Government between 1944 and 1945.1 He was deputy chairman of Schweppes.1 He was director of the Foreign and Colonial Trust, Nat Westminster Bank, Clerical, Medical and General Life Assurance Society and Kleinwort Benson.1

     Rosina Lois Veronica Touchet-Jesson, Baroness Audley (of Heleigh) was born on 10 July 1911.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Touchet Touchet-Jesson and Annie Rosina Hammacott Osler.2 She married John Archibald Joseph MacNamee, son of Bernard MacNamee and Eleanor M. Penny, on 24 April 1943.1 She died on 24 October 1973 at age 62, without issue.1
     From 24 April 1943, her married name became MacNamee.1 She succeeded as the 24th Baroness Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 3 July 1963, by writ, suo jure.1
