Very Rev. George Markham1

     Very Rev. George Markham was the son of Dr. William Markham and Sarah Goddard.2 He married Elizabeth Evelyn Sutton, daughter of Sir Richard Sutton, 1st Bt. and Ann Williams. He died on 30 September 1822.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He held the office of Dean of York.1

George Harris1

     George Harris was born on 1 April 1816.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Thomas Alfred Harris and Maria Markham.1 He married Ellen Magniac, daughter of Daniel Magniac, on 4 June 1857.1 He died on 13 November 1857 at age 41, without issue.1
     He was Consul-General to the Lombardo-Venetian States.1

     Ellen Magniac was the daughter of Daniel Magniac.1 She married George Harris, son of Rev. Hon. Thomas Alfred Harris and Maria Markham, on 4 June 1857.1 She died on 27 May 1897.1

     Louisa Cecilia Harris was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Thomas Alfred Harris and Maria Markham.1 She married Alfred Urbain Jameson on 5 August 1844.1 She died on 1 April 1852, leaving issue.1
     From 5 August 1844, her married name became Jameson.1

     Lady Catherine Harris was the daughter of James Harris, 1st Earl of Malmesbury and Harriot Mary Amyand.1 She married General Sir John Bell on 14 June 1821.1 She died in December 1855, without issue.1
     From 14 June 1821, her married name became Bell.1

     General Sir John Bell married Lady Catherine Harris, daughter of James Harris, 1st Earl of Malmesbury and Harriot Mary Amyand, on 14 June 1821.1 He died on 20 November 1876.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 4th Foot.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)1

     Alfred James Harris was born on 16 November 1843 at Debden, Hampshire, England.1,2 He was the son of Admiral Hon. Sir Edward Alfred John Harris and Emma Wylly Chambers.1 He died on 25 July 1877 at age 33, unmarried.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1
