     Grizell Gurnell was born in 1722.2 She was the daughter of Jonathan Gurnell.1 She married Samuel Hoare, son of Joseph Hoare and Margaret Satterwaite, on 19 February 1744.1 She died on 17 July 1756.1 She was also reported to have died in 1802.3
     From 19 February 1744, her married name became Hoare.1
