Augustus Charles Greenwood was born on 12 June 1871 at Newark upon Trent, Nottinghamshire, England.2 He was the son of Thomas Frederick Greenwood and Mary Louisa Thompson.2 He married Constance Elfrida Thomson Dick, daughter of Robert Thomson Dick and Alice Smith, on 14 February 1899 at Christ Church, Blacklands, Hastings, Sussex, England.2 He died on 6 June 1938 at age 66 at Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.2
