     Robert Henderson was born circa 1430.2 He was the son of John Henderson.3 He married Jonet (?)1 He died after 1486.2
     He held the office of Burgess of Edinburgh.1 In 1486 he obtained a charter of land at the Mill Dam, Inverkeithing.1

     James Henderson, 1st of Fordell was born circa 1450.2 He was the son of Robert Henderson and Jonet (?)3 He married Helen Baty.1 He died on 9 September 1513 at Flodden Field, Northumberland, EnglandG, killed in action.1
     He held the office of Lord Advocate between 1494 and 1507.1 In 1504 he acquired lands at Balbeithy.1 In 1506 he acquired lands at Stratoun.1 He held the office of Lord Justice Clerk.1 In 1508 he acquired lands at Carrick.1 He fought in the Battle of Flodden on 9 September 1513.1

     George Henderson, 2nd of Fordell was born circa 1480.2 He was the son of James Henderson, 1st of Fordell and Helen Baty.3 He married, firstly, Katherine Adamson in 1517.1 He married, secondly, Marion Scott of Balwearie in 1539.1 He died on 10 September 1547.1
     He possessed the estate of Straiton and Brownhill.1 He held the office of Burgess and Guild Brother of Edinburgh in September 1520.1 He held the office of Provost of Edinburgh.1
