     Brigadier Felix Alexander Vincent Copland-Griffiths was the son of Arthur Edward Copland-Griffiths.1 He married, firstly, Hon. Ursula Mary Ethel Devereux, daughter of Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford and Ethel Mildred Shaw, on 17 July 1922.2 He married, secondly, Maud Wishart McKelvie, daughter of James McKelvie, on 12 April 1962.1 He died on 10 April 1967.1
     He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Welsh Guards.1 He was appointed Knight, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.St.J.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1
