     From 17 June 1933, her married name became MacLaurin.

     Lt.-Col. Henry Normand MacLaurin married Dorothea Violet Douglas Hay, daughter of Sir Lewis John Erroll Hay of Park, 9th Bt. and Lizabel Annie Macdonald, on 17 June 1933.1 He died on 7 April 1944 at BurmaG, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Duke of Yorkshire's Own Cavalry.1 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1
