     Reverend Gerald Halsey was born on 21 January 1881.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Frederick Halsey, 1st Bt. and Mary Julia Wells.2 He married Constance Dove Evans, daughter of Rev. Canon Arthur Fitzgerald Evans, on 11 August 1920.1 He died on 26 December 1960 at age 79, without issue.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1906 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector at St. Fillan's Scottish Episcopal Church, Comrie, Perthshire, ScotlandG.1

     Constance Dove Evans was the daughter of Rev. Canon Arthur Fitzgerald Evans.2 She married Reverend Gerald Halsey, son of Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Frederick Halsey, 1st Bt. and Mary Julia Wells, on 11 August 1920.1 She died on 23 October 1958.
     Constance Dove Evans usually went by her middle name of Dove.1 From 11 August 1920, her married name became Halsey.
