     Colonel Tristram Hugh Harrington Grayson was born on 15 April 1902.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Henry Mulleneux Grayson, 1st Bt. and Dora Beatrice Harrington.2 He married Barbara Finucane, daughter of Morgan Ignatius Finucane, on 5 November 1928.1 He died on 17 April 1984 at age 82.1,3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Irish Guards.1 He was Deputy Provost Marshal of the London District between 1947 and 1948. He was Commandant of the Royal Military Police Depot between 1948 and 1950.1 He was Deputy Provost Marshal of the British Troops, Egypt between 1950 and 1952.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1951.1 He was Provost Marshal of the Far East Land Forces between 1952 and 1954.1 He was Chief Constable, UKAEA Constabulary in 1955.1
