     Sir William Joshua Goulding, 1st Bt. was born on 7 March 1856.1 He is the son of William Goulding and Maria Heath Manders.2 He married Ada Stokes, daughter of Charles Lingard Stokes, on 23 February 1881.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He was created 1st Baronet Goulding, of Millicent, co. Kildare [U.K.] on 22 August 1904.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1917.1 He was member of the Irish Convention between 1917 and 1918.1 He was deputy chairman of the Fishguard Clearing House.1
He was director of the National Bank.1 He was chairman of W & H M Goulding, Property Losses (Ireland) and Great South and West Railway of Ireland.1

Sir Edward Alfred Goulding, 1st and last Baron Wargrave1

     Sir Edward Alfred Goulding, 1st and last Baron Wargrave was born on 5 November 1862.1 He was the son of William Goulding and Maria Heath Manders.2 He died on 17 July 1936 at age 73, without issue.1
     He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1887 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for East Wiltshire between 1895 and 1906.1 He held the office of Member of the London County Council between 1895 and 1910, for Hammersmith.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for Worcester between 1908 and 1922.1 He was chairman of Rolls-Royce Ltd.1 He was created 1st Baronet Goulding [U.K.] on 25 June 1915.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1918.1 He was created 1st Baron Wargrave, of Wargrave, co. Berks [U.K.] on 22 November 1922.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for London.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Cork.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.1 On his death, his titles expired.1

     Sir William Lingard Amphlett Goulding, 2nd Bt. was born on 4 October 1883.1 He is the son of Sir William Joshua Goulding, 1st Bt. and Ada Stokes.2 He married Nesta Violet Wright, daughter of George Wright and Mercy Barrington, on 20 June 1908.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the South Irish Horse.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers.1 He was Governor of the Bank of Ireland.1 He was director of E and J Burke Ltd, Imperial Smelting Corporation and Metropolitan Vickers Electrical Company.1 He was chairman of W & H M Goulding and Great Northern Railway Company of Ireland.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Goulding, of Millicent, co. Kildare [U.K., 1904] on 12 July 1925.1
