     Cecilia Mary Louisa Findlay was the daughter of James Findlay.2 She married Walter Combermere Lee Floyd, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Henry Floyd, 2nd Bt. and Mary Murray.1 She died on 24 December 1928.1
     Her married name became Floyd.

     James Francis Murray Floyd was born on 5 March 1889.1 He was the son of Walter Combermere Lee Floyd and Cecilia Mary Louisa Findlay.2 He died on 2 November 1954 at age 65, unmarried.1
     He graduated from Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Captain in the Machine Gun Corps.1 He was a naturalist and artist.1 He was a Demonstrator, Zoology Department at Glasgow University, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, ScotlandG.1

     Sandford Floyd was born on 2 August 1893.1 He was the son of Walter Combermere Lee Floyd and Cecilia Mary Louisa Findlay.2 He died on 19 February 1965 at age 71, unmarried.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Trooper in the Wellington Mounted Rifles, New Zealand Expeditionary Force.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Private in the Dorsetshire Regiment.1

     Mary Eleanor Floyd was born on 18 January 1886.1 She was the daughter of Walter Combermere Lee Floyd and Cecilia Mary Louisa Findlay.2 She married Reverend Ernest Walter Poynton, son of Reverend Francis John Poynton, on 18 April 1918.1 She died on 6 November 1963 at age 77.1
     From 18 April 1918, her married name became Poynton. She was with Civil Defence during the Second World War.1 She held the office of Member of the Bath City Council between 1947 and 1957.1

     Reverend Ernest Walter Poynton was the son of Reverend Francis John Poynton.2 He married Mary Eleanor Floyd, daughter of Walter Combermere Lee Floyd and Cecilia Mary Louisa Findlay, on 18 April 1918.1 He died on 20 April 1943.1
     He was the Rector at Kelston, Somerset, EnglandG.1
