     Thomas Everard was the son of John Everard and Margaret O'Reilly.2 A settlement for the marriage between him and Barbara O'Reilly was made on 21 May 1777.1 He died circa 6 March 1830.1 He was buried on 9 March 1830.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Meath in 1795.1 He lived at Randlestown, County Meath, IrelandG.1 In 1798 he raised and commanded the Kilberry Yeomanry in the Uprising.1 He also had two other daughters.1
