     Georgina Sophie Boorman is the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Derek Boorman.2 She married Andrew Davenport Errington, son of Sir Geoffrey Frederick Errington, 2nd Bt. and Diana Kathleen Forbes Davenport, in 1983.1 She and Andrew Davenport Errington were divorced in 1989.1
     From 1983, her married name became Errington.

     Sir Geoffrey Frederick Errington, 2nd Bt. was born on 15 February 1926.1 He was the son of Sir Eric Errington, 1st Bt. and Marjorie Bennett.2 He married Diana Kathleen Forbes Davenport, daughter of Edward Barry Davenport, on 24 September 1955.1 He died on 3 October 2015 at age 89.3
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer between 1945 and 1975 in the Regular Army.1 He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Errington, of Ness, in the County Palatine of Chester [U.K., 1963] on 3 June 1973.1 He gained the rank of Colonel between 1975 and 1986 in the The King's Regiment.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.) in 1994.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1998.1 He lived in 2003 at Stone Hill Farm, Sellindge, Kent, EnglandG.1

     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1947 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant between 1947 and 1949 in the Royal Artillery.2 He was with Ellerman Lines between 1952 and 1959.1 He was with Astley Industrial Trust between 1959 and 1970.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire in 1970.1 In 1977 managing director of Mercantile Credit.1 He was dir: Barclays Merchant Bank, Barclays Bank UK , Kleinwort Overseas Investment Tst 1982–, Municipal Mutual Insur 1989–, Northern Electric 1989–96, Nationwide Bldg Society 1989–97 in 1979.1 He was chairman and chief executive of Mercantile Group between 1988 and 1989.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1994.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Berkshire in 2000.1 He lived in 2003 at Earleywood Lodge, Ascot, Berkshire, EnglandG.1
