     Charlotte Young is the daughter of Rear-Admiral James Young.2 She married James Frederick Elton, son of Jacob Elton and Charlotte Young, on 9 July 1835.1
     From 9 July 1835, her married name became Elton.

     Colonel Frederick Coulthurst Elton was born on 15 July 1837.1 He was the son of James Frederick Elton and Charlotte Young.2 He married Olivia Georgiana Power, daughter of Major John Power and Emilie Magdalen Louisa Sinclair, on 9 May 1866.1 He died on 25 December 1919 at age 82.1
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1

     Major John Power is the son of Patrick Power.2 He married Emilie Magdalen Louisa Sinclair, daughter of Sir George Sinclair of Ulbster, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Camilla Manners, on 5 July 1841.1,3
     He gained the rank of Major in the 29th Foot.1

     Brig.-Gen. Frederick Algernon George Young Elton was born on 5 April 1867.1 He was the son of Colonel Frederick Coulthurst Elton and Olivia Georgiana Power.2 He married Katherine Elizabeth Andrews, daughter of Reverend Nesfield Andrews, on 14 October 1902.1 He died on 3 August 1921 at age 54.1
     He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the Royal Artillery.1 He lived at Preston Lodge, Horsham, Sussex, EnglandG.1

Frederick Algernon George Young Elton and Katherine Elizabeth Andrews.2 She married Major Stanley George Reeves Elton Barratt, son of Sir Albert Barratt, on 4 September 1926.1 She died on 1 April 1996 at age 91.1
     Mary Katherine Gloria Elton usually went by her middle name of Gloria.1 From 4 September 1926, her married name became Barratt. She was appointed Fellow, Royal Philatelic Society.1
