     Ellen Rowe was the daughter of James Rowe.2 She married Sir Thomas Henry Elliott, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Henry Elliott and Mary Ann Worton, on 30 June 1880.1 She died on 17 October 1942.1
     From 30 June 1880, her married name became Elliott.

Sir Ivo D'Oyly Elliott, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Ivo D'Oyly Elliott, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 March 1882.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Henry Elliott, 1st Bt. and Ellen Rowe.2 He married Margery Helen Carey, daughter of Francis Carey, on 31 October 1911.1 He died on 18 September 1961 at age 79.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was in the Indian Civil Service in 1906.1 He was Under-Secretary of the Department of Commerce and Industry, India between 1916 and 1919.1 He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure of Japan.1 He was Magistrate and Collector of Uddar Pradesh in 1922.1 He was Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1926.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Elliott, of Limsfield, Surrey [U.K., 1917] on 4 June 1926.1 He was Financial Commissioner of Mauritius in 1931.1 He was Franchise Officer of Kashmir State between 1933 and 1934.1

     From 31 October 1911, her married name became Elliott.

     Mabel Gray was the daughter of Richard Gray.1 She married Charles Ernest Pellew, 7th Viscount Exmouth, son of Henry Edward Pellew, 6th Viscount Exmouth and Eliza Jay, on 12 May 1923.1 She died on 28 March 1948.1
     After her marriage, Mabel Gray was styled as Viscountess Exmouth on 12 May 1923. From 12 May 1923, her married name became Pellew.1

     Thomas Anthony Keith Elliott was born on 27 May 1921.1 He was the son of Sir Ivo D'Oyly Elliott, 2nd Bt. and Margery Helen Carey.2 He married Alethea Richardson, daughter of Major Alistair Brand H. N. Richardson and Jeanne M. A. A. Delia, on 6 October 1951.1 He died in 1976.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1945 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was with the Foreign Service between 1947 and 1976.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1950 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He held the office of First Secretary to China between 1957 and 1959.1 He held the office of First Secretary to Greece between 1960 and 1961.1 He was Political Advisor to the Hong Kong Government between 1965 and 1968.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1968.1 He held the office of Ambassador to Finland between 1972 and 1974.2 He held the office of Ambassador to Israel between 1974 and 1976.2
