     Thomasine Taylor was the daughter of William Taylor.1 She married, firstly, Richard Stephens before 1860.1 She married, secondly, Robert Fitzmaurice, son of Maurice Fitzmaurice and Margaret Stokes, on 18 July 1860.1 She died on 17 October 1918.1
     From before 1860, her married name became Stephens.1 From 18 July 1860, her married name became Fitzmaurice.

Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice1

     Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice was born on 11 May 1861.1 He was the son of Robert Fitzmaurice and Thomasine Taylor.2 He married Ida Dickinson, daughter of Colonel Edward Dickinson, on 2 February 1911.1 He died on 17 November 1924 at age 63.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Birmingham University, Birmingham, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the Order of Medjidie in 1901 2nd Class.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1902.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1912.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1919.1 He was an engineer, connected with many notable engineering undertakings, including the Forth Bridge and Asswan Dam.1

     Ida Dickinson was the daughter of Colonel Edward Dickinson.2 She married Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice, son of Robert Fitzmaurice and Thomasine Taylor, on 2 February 1911.1 She died on 4 March 1934.1
     From 2 February 1911, her married name became Fitzmaurice.
