     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, EnglandG.1 He was registered as a Member, Institute of Civil Engineers (M.Inst.C.E.) (Ireland.)1 He was Chief Mechanical Engineer of the Midland Greatt West Railway of Ireland.1 In 1903 he designed the Royal Train for visit of TM King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra.1
