     Charlotte Anne Dick-Lauder was born on 16 September 1849 at Pencaitland, East Lothian, Scotland.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Dick-Lauder of Fountainhall, 8th Bt. and Lady Anne Dalrymple.3 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. John Fletcher Hathorn of Castlewigg on 1 March 1875 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland.1,4 She married, secondly, Francis Somerville Head, son of Sir Francis Somerville Head, 2nd Bt. and Mary Jane Garnett, on 16 April 1891.1 She died on 14 March 1936 at age 86.1
     From 1 March 1875, her married name became Hathorn.1 From 16 April 1891, her married name became Head.1

     From 2 August 1871, her married name became Duckett.

     Steuart James Charles Duckett was born on 10 October 1847.2 He was the son of William Duckett and Harriet Isabella Anne Gordon.3 He married Catherine Seton Dick-Lauder, daughter of Sir John Dick-Lauder of Fountainhall, 8th Bt. and Lady Anne Dalrymple, on 2 August 1871 at St. John's Episcopal Chapel, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1,4 He died in 1915.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 13th Hussars.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Carlow in 1873.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Carlow.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Carlow.2 He lived at Russellstown Park, County Carlow, IrelandG.1

Sir John North Dalrymple Dick-Lauder of Fountainhall, 11th Bt. was born on 22 July 1883 at Sultanpur, India.1,2 He was the son of Sir George William Dalrymple Dick-Lauder of Fountainhall, 10th Bt. and Jane Emily Clifford Woodward.3 He married Phyllis Mary Iggulden, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Herbert Augustus Iggulden and Ethel Horne Halliday, on 24 February 1914 at Lucknow, Bengal, India.1,2 He died on 19 September 1958 at age 75 at White House, Nigg, Ross-shire, Scotland.1,2
     He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 6th DCO Lancers, Indian Army.1 He fought in the North-West Frontier in 1930, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 412th Coast Regiment, Royal Artillery (TA.)1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Lauder, of Fountainhall, co.
