     Hon. Harold Brooke Hawke was born on 23 September 1867.1 He was the son of Edward Henry Julius Hawke, 6th Baron Hawke of Towton and Jane Dowker.2 He married Anne Nash, daughter of Thomas Nash, on 9 August 1906 at St. Mary's Church, Braynston Square, Marylebone, London, England.1,3 He died on 20 July 1913 at age 45, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Leicester Regiment.1

     Anne Nash was the daughter of Thomas Nash.2 She married, firstly, Arthur J. J. Bamford on 15 October 1879 at Salford, Warwickshire, England.2,3 She married, secondly, Hon. Harold Brooke Hawke, son of Edward Henry Julius Hawke, 6th Baron Hawke of Towton and Jane Dowker, on 9 August 1906 at St. Mary's Church, Braynston Square, Marylebone, London, England.1,3 She died on 6 August 1912.1
     From 15 October 1879, her married name became Bamford.2 From 9 August 1906, her married name became Hawke.

     Edward Julian Hawke, 8th Baron Hawke of Towton was born on 16 February 1873.1 He was the son of Edward Henry Julius Hawke, 6th Baron Hawke of Towton and Jane Dowker.2 He married Frances Alice Wilmer, daughter of Colonel John Randal Wilmer and Frances Jane Jackson, on 9 October 1900.1 He died on 4 September 1939 at age 66.1
     He was Director of the National Bank of India.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Hawke of Towton, co. York [G.B., 1776] on 10 October 1938.2

     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.1 From 5 May 1903, her married name became Tew.
