     Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff was born in March 1825.1 He was the son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus.2 He married Henrietta Maude Saye, daughter of Frederick Richard Saye and Henrietta Thompson, in June 1876.1 He died on 17 November 1888 at age 63.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 45th and 22nd Regiments.1 He lived at Everton Grange, Lymington, Hampshire, EnglandG.1

     Frederick Richard Saye was born on 30 November 1804.2 He was the son of William Say and Eleanor Francis.2 He was baptised on 1 February 1805 at St. Mary, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.2 He married Henrietta Thompson, daughter of Richard John Thompson and Elizabeth Turton, on 27 September 1848.3 He died on 30 March 1868 at age 63 at Upton Park, Slough, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.2
     He was given the name of Frederick Richard Say at birth.2 He lived at Upton Park, Slough, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1

     From June 1876, her married name became Goff.

     Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff was born on 27 April 1877.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff and Henrietta Maude Saye.2 He married Isobel Denroche-Smith, daughter of Thomas Denroche-Smith, on 31 October 1923.1 He died on 22 September 1953 at age 76.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He held the office of County Alderman for Hampshire.1

     Isobel Denroche-Smith is the daughter of Thomas Denroche-Smith.2 She married, firstly, Major Archibald Bellairs Higgon, son of John Donald George Higgon, on 11 September 1913.1,3 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff, son of Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff and Henrietta Maude Saye, on 31 October 1923.1
     From 11 September 1913, her married name became Higgon.1 From 31 October 1923, her married name became Goff.

     Josephine Isobel Goff was born on 7 August 1925.1 She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff and Isobel Denroche-Smith.2 She married John Bakewell Compton Miller-Bakewell, son of John Francis Compton Miller, on 22 September 1951.1
     She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service during the Second World War.1 From 22 September 1951, her married name became Miller-Bakewell.
