     Lady Adelaide Henrietta Louisa Hortense Knox was born circa 1834 at Italy.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Knox, 2nd Earl of Ranfurly and Mary Juliana Stuart.3 She married Joseph Goff, son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus, on 26 September 1850.1 She died on 28 August 1911.1
     From 26 September 1850, her married name became Goff.

     Joseph Goff was born on 28 October 1817.2 He was the son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus.2 He married Lady Adelaide Henrietta Louisa Hortense Knox, daughter of Thomas Knox, 2nd Earl of Ranfurly and Mary Juliana Stuart, on 26 September 1850.1 He died on 26 December 1872 at age 55.1

     General Thomas Edmond Knox was born on 16 March 1820.1 He was the son of Admiral Hon. Edmund Sexton Pery Knox and Jane Sophia Hope-Vere.2 He married Lucy Diana Maunsell, daughter of Venerable William Wray Maunsell and Charlotte Warburton, on 22 October 1846.1 He died on 27 May 1898 at age 78.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Norfolk Regiment.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1

     He gained the rank of Captain in the 18th Hussars.1 He lived at 142 Cromwell Road, South Kensington, London, EnglandG.3
