     Lt.-Col. John Dixon Hart Dyke was born on 6 January 1803.1 He was the son of Sir Percival Hart Dyke, 5th Bt. and Anne Jenner.2 He married Millicent Minet, daughter of Isaac Minet, on 10 February 1836.1 He died on 1 August 1885 at age 82.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Honourable East India Company Service.1

     Colonel Edward Hart Dyke was born on 11 November 1837.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Dixon Hart Dyke and Millicent Minet.2 He married Elizabeth Grace MacAdam, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas John Stannard MacAdam, on 23 March 1893.1 He died on 17 March 1930 at age 92.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1
