     Christopher Hatton, 1st Baron Hatton was born on 28 June 1605.2 He was the son of Sir Christopher Hatton and Alice Fanshawe.2 He died on 4 July 1670 at age 65.1,2
     He held the office of Governor of Guernsey.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)2 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.)2 He gained the title of 1st Baron Hatton.
