     Francis Xavier Shields married, secondly, Katharine Mortimer, daughter of Stanley Grafton Mortimer.1 He married, firstly, Princess Marina Torlonia dei Principi di Civitella-Cesi, daughter of Marino Torlonia, 4th Principe di Civitella-Cesi and Mary Elsie Moore.1 He died in 1975.1
