Catherine de la Cerda was the daughter of Juan de la Cerda, Duque de Medini-Celi and Joan Manuel de Noronha. She married Francisco de Sandoval y Rojas, Duque de Lerma, son of Francisco de Sandoval y Rojas, Conde de Lerma and Isabel de Borgia, circa 1576. She died on 2 June 1603.
