He was educated at McKenzie High School, Dauphin, Manitoba, CanadaG.2 He was with Canadian National Railways between 1944 and 1960.2 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 1 July 1960.1
